"Pumpkin' Patchin'"--Take Two

I already wrote about our first pumpkin patch experience this Fall, but last week we checked out an even better one!  My parents, sister, and brother-in-law came over and we all spent the morning at Stonycreek Farms, also in Noblesville.  It was awesome!  It was a huge place with a myriad of activities, as well as lots of yummy foods!  The setting was beautiful, with a big pond, bridges, lots of land, and lovely Fall colors in the trees.  It was a very cold and windy day again, but this time we were prepared and managed to keep ourselves fairly cozy in all of our bundles.  : )

Unfortunately, David's camera battery died, so he was unable to take the good shots like he normally does.  But luckily I still had my camera, so we were still able to get pictures, just not really nice ones.  : )

Eli Goin' Fishin'--

I thought this tree was so fun, with pumpkins hanging all over it!

Playing in a straw maze--

Taking a ride on the pumpkin train!  SO excited!  He kept saying "Choochoo!"

On our way to the pumpkin patch!  It was a longer ride, where you actually sit in the hay, as opposed to our last one where we sat on a bench.

The whole gang (being blinded by he sun)!  This pumpkin patch was a little odd, as all the pumpkins were scattered among a ton of Christmas trees!

Eli and Grammie found a pumpkin patch kitty to pet.

Playing on a huge straw pile!  Eli LOVED the hay!  He thought this straw pile (one of the only "free" activities) was pretty darn cool!  As we got in the car to go home he kept saying, "Bye, hayyy!"  : )

We had such a great morning at Stonycreek Farms!  We will definitely be making it a yearly tradition.  : )
