Pumpkin Patch

The weekend before Halloween, my parents and sister, Rebecca, joined us for a morning at Russell Farms, a fun pumpkin patch in Noblesville.  The weather was perfect.  We had a super wet October, especially on the weekends, but that Saturday was beautiful, and the best time for pumpkining.

It was fun to have my family with us and take part in the festivities together.

 We endured the crazy swarms of bees and Eli getting fussy from the over-stimulation.  Afterwards we ate a yummy pepperjack chili, with carmel apples and pumpkin chocolate chip cookies at our house.  : )  Oh, Fall, how we'll miss you.
