Touch-a-Truck

One of the kids' favorite events came around again at the beginning of the summer: Touch-a-Truck!  This is a free event held at our high school's parking lot.  A bunch of different vehicles come and kids take turns sitting in the front seats/climbing around and inside to get the up-close view!  This year we arrived about when it started (since it was going to be a doozy of a scorcher), and the first thing we did was ride the little train!  The line was not bad at all.  The kids really loved that part, I think it was their favorite!

When visiting the snow cone vehicle we made sure to purchase some to eat!  It definitely helped with the heat!
