Eli Turns 8!

Eli turned 8 on December 9th.  Since we didn't throw him a party with friends (which he was kinda hoping to do), we instead took him to play at Wright's Fundamentals, a local gym that teaches ninja classes.  He sure had a blast playing there!

There was this huge yellow slide that dropped down to a ball pit (though it was a pretty BIG drop)!  I couldn't believe when Ezra went down it on his own!

Lots of practice jumping, kicking, climbing--

Right after David did these monkey bars a worker came and told him that no adults were to use the equipment.  :)

This slanted hill was a steep one that Eli kept trying to master!

We had the grandparents over for dinner and a simple birthday party after his baptism on the Saturday following his birthday.

Eli received his first set of personal scriptures! My parents gifted him the scriptures and David's parents found the perfect case to hold them in.
