Touch-a-Truck 2019

Our town's touch-a-truck has always been a highly anticipated event for my kids.  For the first several years that we attended it it was held down the road in the high school's parking lot.  Nice and simple.  But Westfield is growing fast and nothing here is "small town" anymore.  The event was held at Grand Park.  It is such a huge area that going there on my own with the kids makes me nervous, but thankfully the kids did well.

Always lots to see!

We began with a little train ride around the parking lot.  It was a beautiful day.  Warm and windy!

Our next stop was the police car--

Gotta buckle up!

Then was the firetruck--

Eli's favorite was probably this army hummer.  Eli found a friend and ran off to do other stuff, like see the helicopter.  But he definitely joined us for this!

The limo was fun!  They couldn't believe you could watch tv and have a fancy fridge inside it!

Riding in the street sweeper--

Finished with the school bus--

Touch-a-Truck is a fun yearly tradition!
