Our little guy just keeps on growing!
He is now 10 months old!
Eli loves his books, but he would rather climb on the basket of them or chew them than sit still and let me read to him. We do read together every day, and he loves to help turn the pages. He especially loves books that have something to put his finger through or a different texture to rub.
Eli's also begun pulling himself up to furniture. He's often standing in his crib when I go to pick him up. He bruised his eyelid when he fell while climbing the toilet. Guess I'll have to keep him out of the bathroom now! I'm sure it was just the first of many falls in our future, the little Curious George.
Such a big boy!
Having fun in the tub. : )
This is one of his new common faces. He makes a Darth Vader sound when he does it, usually done when he's interested in something.
Daddy bought this horse at a rummage sale for $5! Eli enjoys playing on it . . . for about 5 seconds. : )
Still has fun in his jumper! It's nice to have a place to put him that keeps him out of trouble for a bit. ; )
Enjoying the beautiful Fall weather on our walk!
Eli said "mama" for the first time last week! He only said it once and hasn't repeated it since, but boy was that music to my ears! I am simply giddy with anticipation for all of the words that he will be learning how to say before long.
