Conner Prairie

We are able to attend Conner Prairie for free, through my mom's membership.  We finally had a chance to visit some of the outdoor exhibits that are closed through the winter, and we LOVED it!  We walked into the barn and everywhere we looked sheep and goats were walking around.

Eli petting a 3-day old baby goat!  Too sweet!

Clara popped herself right next to these lambs and made herself comfy!  She was in heaven having the animals right next to her.  She was so soft and gentle while petting them.

Love having the farm animals up close to us!
Paddling away in the Indian village.
Love this one.  Eli lost in thought during a calm in the water.  :)

I love horses!  Isn't she a beauty??

Just love this photo!  Clara would climb up really close to the horse, but then he'd start moving his mouth like he was chewing.  It freaked her out every time, then she'd quickly climb back down.

Look at the cute piggies!  The kids got a kick out of them, all trying to be the one who gets the good spot in the mud hole.

Eli's notorious for his chicken-chasing.  That boy taunts those chickens to no end!

This photo happened right after the chicken pecked Clara in the stomach!  I guess it felt threatened.  Clara's face was so shocked, but thankfully she was fine.

On our way back to the main building we cooled off in a minute-long shower, then picked up candy sticks in the museum store.  A lovely day!
