Eli is doing so much better on tummy time! Sometimes he'll even stay there for up to 15 minutes! A big improvement from a couple months ago, when he would start fussing after two. Lately he's been very engrossed in the blanket beneath him and stares at it for a long time.
In the past few weeks sometimes I would leave Eli on tummy time for a minute and come back to see that he had rolled over!
So proud of himself!
David would come home from work and I'd joyfully declare, "Eli rolled over three times today!" He would be disappointed that he missed it, so he would proceed to sit on his hands and knees and shout to Eli, "Roll over! Roll over!" while Eli simply gave his dad a blank stare. David even showed Eli how to go about it by rolling on the floor himself, but all to no avail. Eli must have gotten stage fright! :)
