I have enjoyed such a fun summer with my kids! We have really kept it laid-back and casual, packing up and eating lunch/playing at different parks most every day of the week. Thank goodness we have so many to choose from! Clara spent the summer months taking two long naps/day. That put us free to go out right in the middle of the day (not ideal when trying to meet friends for playgroups, but I actually enjoyed this schedule).
It has been so nice to get out of the house every day and be outside, and the kids active. It's good for all of us! I feel sad when I think of winter just a few short months away, but I'll just have to remember all these carefree summer days with my kids to get me through!

Eli was brave and climbed up the tall, narrow steps of a big slide. He was so proud and amazed at himself when he made it down!
